Phish fans got more than they bargained for Friday night in Brooklyn, N.Y., as rapper Jay-Z joined the veteran jam band for two songs during its show at KeySpan Park near Coney Island.

Phish provided the backing for Jay-Z as he ran through his hits "99 Problems" and "Big Pimpin'," much to the delight of the stunned audience.

Percussionist Cyro Baptista, a member of Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio's solo band, also guested on the tunes.

The show was the last ever in the New York area for Phish, which recently announced it would split up following the conclusion of its summer tour in mid-August. The group was in fine form throughout the 18-song set, offering up superb renditions of such crowd favorites as "Down With Disease," "Stash," "Harry Hood," "Tweezer," "Chalk Dust Torture" and the crowd-participation staple "Wilson."

Phish's final studio album, "Undermind," was issued on Tuesday via Elektra.
