Mike Gordon Cleared Of Child Endangerment September 19, 2003 - Billboard By Jonathan Cohen Charges of child endangerment and trespassing were dismissed today (Sept. 19) against Phish bassist Mike Gordon, a spokesperson for the Nassau County (N.Y.) District Court tells Billboard.com. As previously reported, Gordon was arrested Aug. 11 after he was found with a nine-year-old girl in a private boathouse backstage at Jones Beach's Tommy Hilfiger Theater.
