News + Notes/Monitor September 26, 2003 - Entertainment Weekly By Kevin Wack COURTS: On Sept. 22, a New York judge dismissed misdemeanor child endangerment and trespassing charges against Phish bassist Mike Gordon, who was arrested Aug. 11 after being found with a 9-year-old girl in a restricted area of the Jones Beach amphitheater during a Grateful Dead concert.
