The Mimi Fishman Foundation, the charitable organization started by the late mother of Phish drummer Jon Fishman, is auctioning a pair of tickets and aftershow passes to a February show by the newly reunited band. The auction, which can be bid on at the Foundation's official Web site, lasts through Dec. 29.

The winner can pick the show of his or her choice to attend on the band's upcoming tour, which starts Feb. 14 in Los Angeles. The Foundation, which raises money for dozens of charitable organizations, regularly auctions off items donated by Phish and other jam bands, and has raised over $16,000 over the past two-and-a-half years, according to the Web site.

Phish's latest album, "Round Room" (Elektra), was released last week. The group made its first public live appearance in more than two years Saturday (Dec. 14) on NBC's "Saturday Night Live," where it played concert favorite "Chalkdust Torture" and new song "46 Days." The band plays New York's Madison Square Garden on New Year's Eve.
