Downtown hosts hip Halloween shows October 31, 2002 - Asheville Citizen-Times By Paul Clark ASHEVILLE - It's going to be a "creep show" all over downtown tonight. At least 6,000 colorful, gypsy-garbed jam band fans are expected to fill the Civic Center and the surrounding streets for the Anastasio show. Guitarist for the popular jam band Phish, his Asheville date is the seventh stop on his nine-date fall tour.
