Fans had to be quick to snag tickets for the show by Phish lead singer and guitarist Trey Anastasio Feb. 22 at the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse.

Promoter Chuck Chao reports that 2,900 tickets for the rocker's show sold out Friday in 18 minutes. Dave Simmons of Syracuse, in line at the Landmark, estimated that about 30 people were able to purchase tickets there.

Chao said 50 percent of the tickets were sold at TicketMaster outlets, 45 percent by phone and online and 5 percent at the theater.
