C7) by Staff For those who couldn't get tickets to last weekend's sold-out performance by the Vermont Youth Orchestra and Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio at Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, it's not too late. The artistic collaboration will be the subject of a behind-the scenes segment on ''CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood,'' which airs at 9 a.m. Sunday on WRGB Ch. 6. A film crew and producer from the program were in Burlington, Vt., for three days last month gathering footage of rehearsals and to films interviews with Anastasio as well as VYO Music Director Troy Peters and Vermont composer Ernest Stires. They also filmed portions of a Feb. 4 concert at Burlington's Flynn Center for the Performing Arts. That show was the second and final date for the concert of new and familiar classical pieces.
