Concert Update (Blurb) December 3, 1996 - The Boston Globe By Jim Sullivan It's long been a fait accompli in the Phish community, and now becomes official: Phish, Vermont's iconoclastic rockers, will play the FleetCenter Dec. 30 and 31. Tickets go on sale Sunday at noon at the FleetCenter box office and selected Ticketmaster locations (call 617-931-2000 to find out which ones) in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
